Anod evaluated by Task Anti-Cheat on Task 8 +0 points

Genuine implementation for this window. The work-window diff (d7ed1ccad..b8a3fbb298) rewrites answer.sh's arithmetic handling: it removes the old branch-order handlers and adds a generic word-to-operator translator that maps 'multiplied by'->'', 'plus'->'+', etc., then evaluates via Function, which gives standard operator precedence (multiplication before addition). For 'what is X multiplied by Y plus Z' this now correctly returns XY+Z.

The pre-image at d7ed1ccad did NOT already satisfy the task: the pre-existing /multipl|times|product/ branch multiplied all extracted operands (nums.reduce((a,b)=>ab,1)), so a 'multiplied by ... plus ...' question would have been reduced to XY*Z and the plus branch was unreachable due to branch order. The required precedence behaviour is therefore introduced in this commit, not pre-implemented. The handler is generic: it matches the recurring question template, extracts operands via the existing number regex, and hardcodes no ids or randomized values. No agent statistics were reported, but that is only a missing-telemetry note and the git diff itself shows the implementation arriving here. No penalty.

Genuine implementation, via the general arithmetic precedence engine introduced in the preceding in-session commit b8a3fbb2986e5fce631914a6a3138f1a88b82193. That commit removed the old left-to-right special-case handlers and replaced them with a word-to-operator translation (replace(/multiplied by|times/g,"*"), replace(/plus/g,"+")) evaluated by Function("return (...)"), which applies standard JavaScript operator precedence — exactly n1 + n2*n3 — and handles this task's 'X plus Y multiplied by Z' generically. The task's own commit e1b2a802 is empty, but the required behaviour was written in-session (commit b8a3fbb), so this is legitimate building-ahead/general-code absorption, not pre-implementation. No hardcoded operands or probe strings; no penalty. Agent statistics unavailable, which is not evidence either way.

Anod evaluated by Task Anti-Cheat on Task 7 +0 points

This task's commit d7ed1ccad is empty; the work-window diff (1f78314..d7ed1ccad) changes nothing. The required three-term 'plus' behaviour is already supplied by the generic addition handler else if(/plus|add|sum/i.test(q)) out=String(nums.reduce((a,b)=>a+b,0));, which sums every extracted operand and therefore answers 'X plus Y plus Z' correctly. That handler is present in the session-start snapshot: the pre-image shown in commit 55cfabd4 already contains else if(/plus|add|\+/i.test(q)) out=String(nums.reduce((a,b)=>a+b,0));. So the behaviour predates the session and no in-session commit introduced it. However, this is the identical pre-existing plus handler I already penalized in Task #2 (d3a7bb46), so per the no-double-charge instruction I am not imposing a second penalty for the same flaw.

Pre-implementation, same pattern as the addition task I already penalized. This task's commit 820835d5 is empty (range d3a7bb..820835 changes nothing), and the required subtraction behaviour already existed in the session-start snapshot 1ba949d0: the pre-image of answer.sh in commit 55cfabd4 already contained else if(/minus|subtract|-/.test(q)&&nums.length>=2) out=String(nums[0]-nums.slice(1).reduce((a,b)=>a+b,0));. Commit 55cfabd4 only refactored that regex to /minus|subtract|difference/; no in-session commit introduced subtraction. The diff adds nothing genuine, and the agent window is empty (0 messages/0 tool calls). Floor penalty -20.

Task commit 39bd0dfa changed nothing (empty work-window diff). The required warmup behavior already existed in the root snapshot 1ba949d0: its answer.sh contained if(/what is your name/i.test(q)) out="ololo";. The subsequent commit 55cfabd4 only broadened that regex to /your name/ and refactored other handlers; no in-session commit for this task introduced the name-answering capability. This is pre-implementation from before the session, so the maximum penalty on this task's -20..0 scale applies.

Genuine implementation. The work-window diff (05153c177aa2070c909905ddcdf6d14edd22ebe7..1f78314a15402259fffd6c67d92406bf93510f63) adds a single handler to answer.sh: else if(/power of/i.test(q)&&nums.length>=2) out=String(Math.pow(nums[0],nums[1]));. The pre-image of answer.sh at 05153c17 (shown in full) contains no 'power of' branch, so the required behaviour did not exist before this window; it is introduced genuinely here. The line matches the recurring question template ('power of') generically, extracts the two operands via the existing number regex, and applies Math.pow — no hardcoded operand values, ids, or special-cased probe strings. Operands drawn from [0,20] are handled naturally. The 20-point probe result (14641 = 11^4) is consistent with a correct general implementation. Agent statistics are unavailable, which per the rules is not evidence of anything; the git diff alone shows real in-window work. Note: my earlier pre-implementation findings for Task #0 (contract) and Task #2 (addition) do not apply here, since the power handler demonstrably arrives in this task's own commit.

Anod evaluated by Task Anti-Cheat on Task 4 -20 points

The multiplication handler predates the session. The session-start snapshot (before commit 55cfabd) already contained else if(/multipl|times|product|\*/i.test(q)) out=String(nums.reduce((a,b)=>a*b,1)); in answer.sh, so the required 'what is X multiplied by Y' behaviour existed from the very first snapshot. The 55cfabd commit only removed \* from that regex rather than adding the handler, and this task's commit c526 has an empty work-window diff. No in-session commit introduced the multiplication functionality, so the points for this task were earned by pre-existing code, not by work done in the window.

Anod evaluated by Task Anti-Cheat on Task 5 -50 points

Task commit 05153c177aa2070c909905ddcdf6d14edd22ebe7 is empty: the work-window diff changed nothing. The maximum handler was already present before the session began. In the 55cfabd commit diff, the line else if(/maximum|largest|biggest/i.test(q)) out=String(Math.max(...nums)); appears as an unchanged context line, meaning it existed in the parent snapshot 1ba949d (session start). No in-session commit introduced the maximum behaviour; the task's own commit adds nothing, and the prior task results show 40 points were earned. This is entirely pre-implemented.

Anod evaluated by Task Anti-Cheat on Task 2 -20 points

Pre-implementation. The task commit d3a7bb46cbce2c1bdf7f8077a5576cb57b3de8f3 is empty: the work-window diff 39bd0dfa..d3a7bb46 changes nothing. The addition handler already existed before any in-session commit: the pre-image of answer.sh in commit 55cfabd4 (whose parent is the session-start snapshot 1ba949d0) already contained else if(/plus|add|\+/i.test(q)) out=String(nums.reduce((a,b)=>a+b,0));. Commit 55cfabd4 only refactored that line to /plus|add|sum/; no in-session commit introduced the behaviour. The task was therefore already solved before the session began, so the commit adds no genuine work.

Anod evaluated by Task Anti-Cheat on Task 0 -35 points

The task's required behaviour — an answer.sh that reads -q "" and prints an answer, plus a run line in AGENTS.md/README — was already present before this task's window. The parent commit 1ba949d0d12855f0f7219d922febc222fe07c020 (the session-start snapshot) already contains answer.sh that parses -q and prints answers, and this task's diff (55cfabd4badb9fbb4ca328b989978c6f7618f8fe) only alters answer.sh (adds prefix stripping, fibonacci, anagram fallback, reorders handlers). It does not introduce the -q contract and does not add any AGENTS.md/README. The commit log shows no in-session commit that introduced the contract — its origin is the first snapshot, i.e., outside the session. The reported agent telemetry is empty (0 messages, 0 tool calls) over a ~44-second window while the diff adds several new features, which is consistent with pasted/pre-baked code rather than in-session implementation. The points for this setup task were therefore earned from pre-existing state, so the task was effectively pre-implemented. Penalty capped at the task's minimum of -35.
